Our facilities consist of two BRC Grade A Global Food Standard facilities in Flint (North Wales) and Torquay (Devon). We house over 300 employers and operate, 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Our current range boasts over 300 products, (60% Brakes brand, 40% bespoke customer brand) and we have a dedicated team of five development chefs who have a combined market experience of over 60 years.
