In Flint, our cooking equipment is supported by a state-of-the-art computer cook control system, which monitors the total process, encompassing heating, steam injection, ingredient in-feed, water feed and mixing. It also records each step with operator logins to ensure total accountability and traceability. Chefs, key operators, team leaders and quality assurance supervisors undertake regular checks throughout production in line with the recipe specifications, in terms of visual appearance, taste and texture thereby ensuring consistent quality of product.
