Our technical department prepares, issues, updates and maintains detailed raw material and product specifications along with photographic standards.
All our materials and products are handled, stored and transported in such a way to prevent damage or contamination. They are clearly identified, colour coded and stored in racks, on shelves or in special containers. Each raw material is checked on arrival to make certain that we know exactly what is entering our facility.
Vegetarian products are produced separately from meat products with full clean downs in between. We also have stringent allergen handling policies for ingredients like nuts and fish.
